The must-have for guidance and safety

Spread across the ski areas in Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach, different versions of the new piste guidance systems guide skiers seamlessly through the ski region, depending on the course of the piste and the connected lifts. Five large free-standing systems including panoramic maps and PLS-controlled LED scrolling signs have been installed at central points. With the help of pictograms and standardized colours for the difficulty levels of the slopes (blue/red/black), these guide skiers safely through the ski area in a way that is easy to understand and in line with their skiing ability. The panoramic maps also provide clear, quick orientation for your route planning and the LED ticker provides you with up-to-date information on ski operations, dangers, etc.
Depending on the location and requirements, the other piste guidance systems provide information about the downhill options and connecting lifts as free-standing systems made up of individually adjustable signpost modules or as wall panels at cable car stations.

In the Mühlbach and Dienten ski areas, two of the most modern sitour/feratel panorama information systems currently available have also been installed: made from high-quality materials, equipped with the best technical features and designed in the Hochkönig style. As year-round systems, both installations consist of a backlit winter and summer panorama and additional magnetically movable LEDs for the winter panorama map. The technical equipment includes a 5 m long ticker, an HD LCD legend screen and an avalanche warning light. This means that the panorama information systems not only offer language-independent, quick orientation but also optimally visible and flexibly controllable up-to-date information. In terms of information quality and design, they are real calling cards for the ski region.

The comprehensive modernization of the piste guidance systems and upgrading of the panorama information systems in the Hochkönig region improve the on-site service for ski guests and are also important elements for strengthening the brand and guest loyalty thanks to their uniform design in the ski region's corporate design.
